The last session of Kids Makerspace for 2016 will be held 7 December at Newtown Library as the Surry Hills Library branch will be closed from 21 November to 22 December for the technology upgrades. Find out more at cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au/library and please enjoy one of our other branches during this time.

Kids Makerspace @ Surry Hills Library (relocated to Newtown Library)

Does your child have a creative mind and shows interest in making stuff? Bring them along to one of our hands-on making sessions. This season will help them explore various skills from 3D printing, to computer coding, stop-motion animation, short video creation and more. They can even build, their own rocket car!


Wednesday 7 December

Soft circuits

In this workshop, kids will learn how to build simple soft circuits! They will explore different techniques using electronic components combined with

sewing fabrics and more!

Best suited for kids aged 8 years and over. Bookings recommended.
