Yoga is so much more about how we move on the mat, it’s also about how we live with kindness off the mat. This week we will share heart opening yoga poses and share acts of kindness that we can do every day in every day life.

Create a beautiful woven nest from wire, twigs, leaves ,fibres and written words of kindness to hold your treasures or put in the garden. Weave and thread words of kindness

Cost per child is $65, workshop includes three hours of fun that will see your child leave with a smile on their face, feeling nourished, calm and happy. All art supplies and a light afternoon tea included in price.

Creative Kids and Active Kids Vouchers welcome to be used, please email moni@tidalyoga.com.au with a copy of your voucher before the 30th December to ensure we have enough time to process them before they expire.

Please note as we are a Covid Safe Business please bring a yoga mat for your child. If you don't have one please bring towel to place over a studio mat. Please also send your child along with their own drink bottle.

If your child is from any of the current Covid hotspots, have visited a current Covid hotspot or has any Covid symptoms, please refrain from sending your child. As much as we would love them to be there, we are mindful to keep everyone safe, especially your child.
