Event description

Description

Shibori is a Japanese dyeing technique that is great fun and produces the most beautiful results, with powerful indigo tones.

Sun dyeing uses photsensitive dyes and uses the sun to fix the colour in place allowing for simple printing and relief dyeing.

In this workshop we'll use both techniques to decorate your very own T-shirt, apron or bag to take away.

FAQs

Are there age requirements to enter the event?

Because of the kind of activity we think it's best suited to those aged 9+ years.

What can I bring into the event?

We have all the tools you need for the practical but you will need to bring snacks and drinks to see you through the workshop.

The processes can be messy so please don't wear your best clothes, something you don't mind getting messy in is perfect.

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

Please email info@kangapaws.com.au or call 0468 600 657 and ask for Catherine or Jeff
