Hello Empowered Parents!!
I am soo excited to roll out our signature Kids Empowerment Workshop in the school holidays coming up in June 2022!!
For kids ages: 8-16
Through this interactive, empowering and fun filled - 2 day workshop , kids will learn, grow and discover who they truly are and how they can be the BEST VERSION of their self in ALL areas of life.
We will focus on exploring the themes of :
Understanding and Managing Emotions,
Increasing Self-awareness,
Raising Self-esteem, and
Strengthening Mindset through a broad range of interactive, engaging games and physical activities.
Kids will leave this workshop having developed:
- emotional intelligence
- growth mindset
- relationship building
- social skills
- confidence
- greater appreciation and love of self
Date and time: 29th and 30th June 2022 / 10AM to 4PM (both days)
Note to parents: You can drop your kids off as early as 9AM and pick them up between 4PM to 5PM.
