About the Instructor:
Marc Crick's first love affair with Yoga began 15 years ago, studying foundational Hatha yoga with Helen Goldstein in Toronto, CANADA. Marc has recently completed his 200-hour Yoga teacher training under the guise of renowned yoga teacher Nicole Walsh at In Yoga Surry Hills, SYDNEY. His goal in teaching is to pass on the important connection of mind, body and movement while weaving in ancient techniques translated for our modern city environment. As Marc's teaching developed he discovered the art of teaching Yoga and Meditation to the younger generation, He continues to witness the deep and lasting effects of meditation and yoga on young minds, and so YOGA MARC was established. Marc utilises interactive and fun techniques that allow younger minds to visualise how Yoga and meditation can be a powerful tool a tool that kids are able to use when they find it difficult to communicate, express emotion and be present. During his time teaching yoga at multiple schools and day care centres in the Illawarra Marc has been fortunate to see first-hand the shift in a child’s awareness self and those around them.

Yoga and meditation helps kids to:

  • Develop body awareness

  • Build concentration

  • Awareness of the breath

  • Focus and FUN
