The Ministry of Culture Thailand, in partnership with aMBUSH Gallery, Casula Powerhouse and Assajan Collective, invite you to participate in a very special presentation and workshop at Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre on Wednesday, 30 August from 2pm.
To celebrate the cross-cultural bonds between Australia and Thailand, the public has been gifted the chance to experience ‘Khon: Exquisite Masked Dance Drama of Thailand’, a mesmerising traditional art form usually performed only at royal functions.
The in-depth and interactive workshop will allow participants to explore the various performance roles, and exchange ideas with the highly skilled performers themselves.
