About this event

The quality of your communication affects the quality of your career, business & life.

Communication is a powerful tool and way to influence people and their decisions. The better your communication skills are, the higher your chances of getting a promotion, a job, being noticed and welcomed into capable networks, negotiating better pay, influencing the decision-making of others, leading and managing people well at any organisational level.

As effective communication takes time to learn and practice, we offer you a series of 7 virtual workshops over 7 months. Those are designed to elevate your professional communication skills to help you achieve better outcomes in your career, negotiations, and leadership.

The topics, dates, and times of the workshops are:

26.03.2022 – Overcoming trust resistance in conversations

23.04.2022 – Uncovering the needs and motivation of the other party

21.05.2022 - Employing different behavioural and communication styles + motivation strategies

18.06.2022 - Preparing for important or challenging conversations

16.07.2022 - Conversational strategies and structures to enhance the influence

13.08.2022 - Using language agility in conversations

27.08.2022 - Preparing for important or challenging conversations (additional session is scheduled)

24.09.2022 - Managing conversational triggers plus emotions

All sessions are held monthly, on Saturdays at 8 AM (AEST) time. Please check against your local time zone here:

Each 2-hour Live Virtual Workshop includes:

> An educational part explaining communication structure, framework, and tools relevant to the topic

> Practical tips and examples

> PDF resource sent out to the attendees before the sessions

> If you registered yet missed the workshop, you receive the link to the recording.

The sessions are conducted in an interactive format and followed by a Q&A.

These workshops are hosted by Anya Lyudmilina, Communication and Leadership Coach and Trainer, Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Behavioural Understanding (Analysis) Consultant, who has over 15 years of prior combined experience in communication, marketing, and education.
