The first meeting of the Inner North SEE-Change group for this year will be held at Downer Community Centre (East Hall) on Tuesday, 9th March from 6.30 - 8pm.

Rebecca Tregurtha, from the Family Footprint Project, is going to give a short talk about how her family has eliminated organic waste from their 'to landfill' bin and options for people who might not be able to compost at home.

As you probably know, organic waste in landfill creates the potent greenhouse gas methane so keeping it out of covered landfill sites is a great environmental step.

Rebecca's presentation will be followed by a chance to share your tips, ideas and experiences at your place. We would love our group to become a fantastic resource for us all to learn from each other.
