Event description

Description

You earn a living by what you get, but you gain a life by what you GIVE.

Karma yoga is the ancient spiritual practice of selfless action that reduces ego and quietens the mind, making you both productive and peaceful a combination that promotes mental health, happiness and physical wellbeing.

NO NEED FOR YOGA MATS

Karma yoga is not about standing on your head, its about standing on your own two feet and getting grounded in the ancient wisdom of Vedanta; a philosophy that originated in Himalayas over 10,000 years ago.

The Facilitator

Meredith Forder is a philosopher and mentor, who presents insights about our modern-day epidemics — stress, anxiety, fear, addictions, divorce and depression — and provides a refreshing way to overcome them.

What People Say
