Central Coast Women's Hiking Circle will take in the stunning scenery of this small romantic waterhole beneath Kariong Brook Waterfall boasting surrounding rock ledges which make great picnic spots.

The swimming hole is nestled in a lush rainforest environment in a secluded area, surrounded by abundant flora and fauna.

As part of the Great North Walk this is a well marked area. Enclosed by the waterfall’s dark pyramid-shaped cliff face and verdant rainforest, temperatures remain cool year round – which makes a dip in the water unbelievably refreshing!

🌿 Itinarary:

Please note this is a rough outline, we will be stopping to take in the amazing scenery so it may go a little longer and will be dependant on the groups general speed and fitness.

🌿8am: Meet and greet at Staples Please be prompt so we can get a good start on our walk to beat the summer heat.

🌿8:15pm - 9:30pm: Women's Circle, activity and short guided meditation and intention setting.

🌿9:30pm - 10:45pm: Hike to kariong brook, taking in the stunning scenery along the way. Stop to take in the views and nature.

🌿10:45am - 11:30am: Lunch and swim at the falls

🌿11:30pm- 12: 45pm: Return hike

🌿 Please bring:

• 2 litres water

• Hat and sunscreen

• Personal medication

• Walking shoes or hiking boots

• Snacks and lunch to keep your energy levels up.
