Event description

Description

Kang-o-meerteek (Dhauwurd Wurrung/Peekwurrung for ‘mountain to sea’) is a public art project about cultural stories and meeting places in the coastal town of Narrawong.

The project includes a major Indigenous sculpture on Mt Clay, while in the Narrawong township, artists and community have worked towards making places to gather and celebrate the history and future of the town through both permanent and ephemeral artworks.

Please join us to mark the opening of the major sculptures in Narrawong and on Mt Clay.

Small Town Transformations is a Victorian Government Initiative delivered by Regional Arts Victoria.

All parking will be at the Recreation Reserve. More information wil be sent to you once you have registered for the event.
