Kamp Kayaking - Towlers Bay
Sat. 25 February 2017, 9:30 am – 2:00 pm AEDT
This is Kamp Kayaking with Gay4Play and it's AMAZING. We have long and short paddles, limited single kayaks as well as doubles with all the same fun and games we always have.
Explore the delights of Pittwater with a paddle and swim at Towlers Bay. Leaving from McCarrs Creek Reserve, we will paddle around the foreshore of Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park to the remote beach at Towlers Bay, where we will picnic and swim before returning.
MESSAGE US DIRECTLY IF YOU NEED TRANSPORT AND WE WILL HELP GET YOU THERE.
McCarrs Creek Reserve is located on the junction of McCarrs and Cicada Creeks, Church Point. If coming from Manly, follow Pittwater Rd all the way to Church Point and then continue 3.3 kilometres until you reach McCarrs Reserve on the right hand side.
The site can also be reached if coming from the western suburbs by taking McCarrs Creek Rd at Terry Hills off Mona Vale Road. Once you enter the reserve, take the first turn to the left and follow it to the car park and launch site. The site has unmetered parking along with toilets and bar-b-q facilities.
