Description
Join Kaleidoscope Initiative Network as the leader of your Professional Immigrant Association or Cultural organisation and collaborate with other leaders for better employment outcomes for your members.
In the first part of the session, join us to hear our following speakers.
Nilesh Makwana, CEO of Illuminance Solutions

Nilesh would share his story of how he achieved professional success in Information and Communication Technology field through his life journey covering India, UK and Australia.

He would also share how he set up his own business be a pioneer in the field, developing a culturally and gender diverse workforce and achieving great business success.
Luke Van Lith, Operations Manager of ABS Institute

Luke would be sharing ABS Institute’s Be your Own Boss program where our members can join and decide if they are ready to start their own business.

He would also share how our members can benefit from Australian Government’s New Employment Incentive Scheme and learn how to actually start their own business.
In the second half of the session, listen to a few professional immigrant association leaders on how they are helping their members attain better employment outcomes and share your views and inputs on:

Building your association’s profile among immigrants, employers and key stakeholders

Sharing and accessing resources to help run your association and support your members

Participating in pilot programs that help your members become job-ready and connect with employers

Developing a community of association leaders and partners to develop your leadership skills, share learnings and benefit from the expertise of others
The evening will include an opportunity to network with other leaders.
