Parent Policy – Under 18 Only Meet and Greet

To keep the event safe and smooth here is how it works for parents and guardians

1. Parents can wait in the line with their child
   You can stay with them while they queue. Once they enter the Meet and Greet area only the child goes inside
2. Parents cannot enter the Meet and Greet area
   The space is for under 18 ticket holders only
3. Parent Waiting Area
   After your child goes inside parents can wait in the Parent Waiting Area or return at pickup time
4. Kids under 12
   If your child is under 12 a parent must stay onsite for the whole event
5. Photos
   Only the child will be in the official Meet and Greet photo. Parents can take photos from outside as they enter or exit
6. Safety and security
   Security will help organise the line manage the flow and keep everyone safe. Please follow their instructions
7. Pickup
   Parents can return to the exit area when their child is finished

Note: By attending this event you consent to photos and videos being taken and publicly released

Kairo Keyz Under 18 Meet and Greet – Photos

Photos will be taken by our official photographer. By attending you agree they may be shared publicly.
All photos will be uploaded to a public gallery after the event. Parents can download their child’s photo from the link which will be shared on our Instagram and Eventbrite pages

Security and police will be present at the event. All attendees will go through metal detectors.

• No face coverings allowed
• No big bags permitted
• Zero tolerance to aggressive behaviour
• Zero tolerance to racist
• All bags must be emptied and refilled by the attendee in front of security
