Held every Monday to Friday between 10am - 1pm, excludes Public Holidays

Please book 2 consecutive 10 minute appointments if you have an Advance Care Directive or multiple documents. We are seeking no more than 15 single sided documents per 10 minute appointment.

What you need to do next:

• bring your photographic ID
• bring all relevant paperwork including all photo copies
• Advance Care Directives must be whole, including information sheets

We do not sign:

• Wills
• Land Title Documents from Queensland
• Any document requiring a JP to retain copies for at least 7 years

We ask that you limit the number of additional people attending with you to assist with maintaining social distancing. While every attempt will be made to ensure people are seen within their allocated session time, some delays may occur.
