Held Monday to Friday afternoon between 1pm to 4pm at the Civic Centre by appointment only, excludes Public Holidays.

Bookings required:

• 1 booking for up to 15 single-sided documents
• 2 consecutive bookings for more than 15 single-sided documents
• 2 consecutive bookings for every Advance Care Directive

What you need to bring:

• Photographic ID
• All relevant paperwork including all photo copies
• Advance Care Directives must be whole, including information sheets

We do not sign:

• Wills
• Land Title Documents from Queensland
• Any document requiring a JP to retain copies for at least 7 years

We ask that you limit the number of additional people attending with you to assist with maintaining social distancing. While every attempt will be made to ensure people are seen within their allocated session time, some delays may occur.
