Just a Few Words: Writers Group

This writer's room is a quiet weekly session where you can bring whatever you’re working on - fiction, poetry, journaling, memoir or anything else - and just write.

Whether you're starting out or already have a daily writing habit, this is a calm, welcoming environment to focus and connect with others who love to write. Our volunteer Helen will be there to welcome you, and if you're after inspiration, she has writing prompts and exercises on hand to get the ideas flowing.

Come solo or bring a friend. BYO laptop or notebook. Free tea and coffee available to keep the creativity brewing.

We encourage all writers to come 10 minutes early, ready to start writing at 1pm. Bookings are essential.
