About this Event
Discover life in the intertidal zone! Find out who and what lives on our unique rocky shores. Join a ranger and check out the colourful and strange looking creatures lurking in the rockpools of coastal Victoria.
Please wear a hat and sunscreen. Closed toe water shoes are essential - no thongs or bare feet. Prepare to get your feet wet (THIS INCLUDES PARENTS/ GUARDIANS).
This activity is suitable for children aged 6-12, who must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or older.
Activities may be rescheduled, changed or cancelled due to adverse weather or for emergency response.
Meet at the end of Homestead entrance road. Note: Homestead Entrance road is a gravel road and is NOT the main Point Cook Coastal Park entrance.
Please note that we are running all of our Junior Ranger activities in strict accordance with DHHS guidelines to minimise the risk of Covid transmission. This includes restrictions on group sizes, as well as adherence to social distancing and hygiene related guidelines.
