About this Event
Exploring outdoors is good fun, good for our health and easy to do. Join Parks Victoria for a beach nature treasure hunt and discover colours, patterns and textures of Point Cooke Marine Sanctuary!
This activity is suitable for children aged 6-12, who must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Sturdy, closed toe footwear (no thongs or bare feet!), drinking water, hat, sunscreen and appropriate clothing are essential. Activities may be rescheduled, changed or cancelled due to adverse weather or for emergency response.
Please meet at the end of Homestead Entrance Road, at the Point Cook Homestead. Note. Homestead Entrance road is a gravel road and is NOT the main Point Cook Coastal Park entrance.
Please note that we are running all of our Junior Ranger activities in strict accordance with DHHS guidelines to minimise the risk of Covid transmission. This includes restrictions on group sizes, as well as adherence to social distancing and hygiene related guidelines.
While these measures are aimed at minimising the risk of Covid transmission, you acknowledge that you are participating in these activities at your own risk.
