Joyful Movement & Jolly Steps working from the philosophy of joyful movement is a group for people who recognise there is happiness and health to be found in regular exercise; but really do not have the innate motivation to get out there and go go go...
The group meets for a stretch at the top of Hyde Park – then a brisk walk to Mrs Macquaries Chair – followed by 15 minutes of stretch and relax exercises overlooking the Harbour – we close with a nice stroll and gossip back to the starting point where we have another stretch down!
All in you are up for about 90-minutes of movement in one session….
To join us meet at the gun you will find in the entrance to Hyde Park from the cnr of College Street / Oxford Street / Liverpool Street (Whitlam Square) Darlinghurst at 7:00 pm Monday & Thursday
