So often we equate white spirits to just being tequila, vodka or gin, but the world out there is brimming with different takes, traditions and tastes. Without the intervention of oak or infusions, with white spirits we really are seeing the mastery of the distiller, the quality of the ingredients and at once, a keen insight into the distillation history of a region. Rarely do we get to see spirits in this fashion either, compared with one another, discussing ingredients and style. It's exciting!

We will be joined by booze god Emmanuel Conde of Cerbaco Spirits, who will be comparing tequila to mezcal, eau de vie to rhum agricole, pisco to grappa and much more. We will be lining your bellies full of regional snacks too, but guaranteed to leave with a warm, fuzzy feeling that often follows a generous, spiritful sip. ;)
