JOURNALING FOR WRITERS

With Caylie Jeffery

Fight writers' block with a writers' journal

Join Brisbane writer and educator, Caylie Jeffery, as she shares personal experiences of how the art of journaling and letter-writing has taken her through various stages of her life and career. Caylie's workshop will introduce the concept of writing, in a journal, or through letters, to help you to unwind, explore and empower. She will share writing methods and techniques to help you work through writers' block and record life at its highest and lowest ebbs. The three-hour session is designed to facilitate the process of writing down thoughts and feelings in a bid to attain a deeper sense of personal understanding, emotional regulation and mindful reflection. So, come prepared to work hard with your favourite pen!
