In this workshop we will be covering how to not only set effective goals using vision boards and life planning tools, but also cover how to implement them and do regular reflections and audits to stay focused and on track so we can prioritize what is most important to us!
Workshop includes:
Goal setting & planning session
Journaling basics for mental health session
Self care tips & integration strategies from a certified life coach
Motivational health & wellness talk to help you tap into your potential to heal your life.
Emma McAuliffe is a certified life coach & healer and founder of Health Retreat at Home (an online wellness coaching hub & app) where she supports people to re-design their lives and discover and live their soul purpose.

Workshop is for 18+ only (regulations for premises where alcohol will be served)
