Free: Thriving in Your Role - Supervisor Apprentice, Trainee Workshop


The Thriving in Your Role - Supervisor Apprentice,Trainee Workshop has been specifically designed for workplace supervisors and their apprentice/trainee to attend together to achieve the following;

  • discuss apprentice/trainee and employer expectations of roles and responsiblities
  • build an understanding of key generational characteristics to overcome challenges in the workplace
  • establish ground rules for building a solid relationship
  • discover or expand knowledge of effective on job coaching models and learning styles
  • key workplace safety obligations in relation to harassment, bullying and maintaining wellbeing
  • identify support mechanisms available

CPD Points:

  • Builders or swimming pool builders, may earn 1 point per hour (max of 4 points) towards your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) as part of the NSW Fair Trading licence renewal process.

Please note:

This is a joint workshop, apprentices and trainees will need to attend with their nominated workplace supervisor. All participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
