It's true - there really is snow place like The Grounds of Alexandria! But the only way to frolic in the falling snow this January is by booking a 3-minute session for you and your crew. As the blizzard rages, you'll be able to capture the magic on your camera or smartphone to share the experience with your family and friends.

BOOKINGS

Sessions can be booked $20 (+ booking fees) each, allowing a max. of 4 guests to participate in a 3-minute session under the falling snow.

Please note that there are no photography services included with this package, so please bring your own cameras and/or smartphones to capture the magic.

Please be on time to ensure that snow sessions do not run overtime and ensure you are familiar with our refund, latecomer and no-show policies outlined below.

PLEASE NOTE

• Each session will allow a max. of 4 guests to participate in a 3-minute snow session at The Grounds of Alexandria. Please be on time to ensure that you session can start and end on time and ensure that you are familiar with our refund, latecomer and no-show policies outlined below.
• This ticket does not allow private or exclusive access to the Cinderella experience.
• Please be aware that there will be a 7-minute wait between sessions to allow other guests to move through the space. If you purchase back-to-back snow sessions, you may be asked to wait between sessions.
• Bookings are required for snow sessions, so act quickly to avoid disappointment.
• Please print your ticket and ensure that you have it at all times, ready to show our friendly staff whenever they request it.
• Pets that are properly restrained on a lead, are welcome to visit The Grounds of Alexandria and join you in your snow session.
• There are no photography services included with this package, so please bring your own cameras and/or smartphones.
• This is an outdoor event and is subject to weather conditions. In the case of extreme weather, The Grounds will contact all affected ticket holders. In the event that the event needs to be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions , sessions will be refunded as no rescheduling will be possible.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Refunds: As we have limited sessions available, any requests for refunds must be made at least 24-hours prior to your session. Refund requests within 24-hours of the booking will not be considered.

Latecomers: If a guest is late, the photo session will start when they arrive at The Grounds of Alexandria, however it must finish on time so as not to negatively impact other guests.This means that the session will not run for the full 3-minutes and no refunds (partial or otherwise) will be issued.

No Shows: If a guest does not arrive for their session, or arrives after their allocated snow session has ended, this will be considered a last-minute cancellation. No refund will be issued and the session will not be rescheduled.
