Description

Join us at Red Belly Farm Cooking School to learn how to make a range of semi-hard cheeses including Mozzarella, Halloumi, Blue Vein & Havarti.

This class includes 100% hands on instruction for making the cheeses, together with a cooking experience using some of the cheeses made on the day.Participants will take home all of the cheeses made as well as a detailed booklet with all the recipes included.

If you are ready to build on your cheese making skills, then this course is for you.

A farm/food tour is also part of the day as well as morning tea & a wonderful farmhouse style lunch.

Enjoy a relaxed day in country with great people and great food.
