Description

Join us at Red Belly Farm Cooking School to learn how to make a range of semi-hard cheeses including Mozzarella, Halloumi, Blue Vein & Havarti.

This class includes 100% hands on instruction for making the cheeses, together with a cooking experience using some of the cheeses made on the day.Participants will take home all of the cheeses made as well as a detailed booklet with all the recipes included.

A farm/food tour is also part of the day as well as morning tea & a wonderful farmhouse style lunch.

Enjoy a relaxed day in country with great people and great food.


PLEASE NOTE: We have a NO REFUNDS policy for all our classes.If you are unable to attend a booked class and provide us with 14 days notice, we are happy to transfer you to a future class, or provide you with a credit for a workshop in the future. If you are unable to provide 14 days notice, regretably we are unable to provide a credit or transfer, however you are welcome to send another person in your place.
