To celebrate the launch of her new book, Force of Nature, best-selling crime fiction writer Jane Harper is appearing in conversation with fellow journalist and best-selling crime non-fiction writer Matthew Condon. Both have worked as journalists, and both have written of the dark undertones in small towns. Get set for a fascinating conversation.

About Jane Harper

Jane Harper has worked as a print journalist for 13 years in Australia and the UK. Winner of the Victorian Premier's Literary Award for an Unpublished Manuscript, her bestselling first novel The Dry sold to over twenty territories, with film rights sold to Reese Witherspoon and Bruna Papandrea.

About Matthew Condon

Matthew Condon is a prize-winning Australian novelist and journalist. He has written over ten books of fiction and several non-fiction books, including a trilogy about the crime and corruption in Queensland that culminated with the Fitzgerald Inquiry

If Queensland Writers Centre cancels an event, we will try to reschedule it for a later date. If we cannot reschedule the event, or if you are unable to attend on the amended date, your payment will be refunded in full.
