Stress, your mind & your muscles: Science of Fitness Workshop

Open to TEEN GIRLS (in Years 7-12) and their PLUS ONE (Parent, Sibling or friend over 12 years old)

Discover the POWERFUL role your mind plays when engaging in movement and exercise, and how to harness its power to manage STRESS and ANXIETY in these ACTIVE workshops for teen girls. Learn how MOVEMENT can HELP YOUR BRAIN and have fun doing it!

Get fresh for the new school year and join us on Friday 19th January for a fascinating and fun workshop that will prep your BODY AND MIND for what’s ahead.

This 1.5hr long workshop is presented by fitness geek, Neuro-Performance specialist Rory Macguire of Science of Fitness. Designed to equip teenage girls with SIMPLE TECHNIQUES to manage anxiety by looking at how the brain interacts with the body. Learn fun workout practices you can do at home that will take your brain and your body to THE NEXT LEVEL!
