Jamming & Jammin @ Kitchen by Mikes: The only thing better than slathering jam, poppin' a pickle and getting rowdy with relish is learn how to do it yourself from the maestros and bop along to excellent music while you're doing it.
At this workshop designed to titillate every sense, you'll learn how to preserve, jam, chutney and make grissini from scratch under the expert tutealge of Grant LaBrooy (Three Blue Ducks), Matt Rothman (Hands Lane), Sam Mammoliti (42 Bannerman Trattoria) and Mike McEnerney (Kitchen By Mike). You'll do a workshop, get a recipe card, take home a jar of each, and be treated to a top notch charcuterie dinner and all to the sweet sounds of The Liberators, a 7-piece afro funk band. By the end of the night, we know you'll like Jammin' too.
