About this Event
The SA RACI Women in Chemistry Group proudly present a networking breakfast event as part of the 2021 IUPAC Global Breakfast. A panel of speakers will give short presentations showing the variety of chemistry in SA and career pathways that can lead from studying chemistry. An individually-packaged breakfast will be included.
Keynote speaker, Prof. Emily Hilder, Chief of Maritime Division, DST Group, will be followed with short presentations from:
•Sally Birch –CSIRO Mineral Resources –XRF method development
•Kellie Taylor –EP Analysis –chemical analysis and entrepreneurship
•Courtney De Vries –University of South Australia–pharmaceutical science
Please choose to either register for the in-person breakfast event (by Feb 3rd) or to watch the presentations only via Zoom (by Feb 8th).
Attendance is reduced due to COVID19 so please only request the number of tickets that you will use. All attendees are reminded to stay home if they are feeling unwell and that COVID safe procedures will be followed at all times.
All welcome. RACI members and colleagues, regardless of gender, are encouraged to attend this event as it offers an opportunity to support member networks and develop professional skills.
