Girl, we know exactly how you feel. We’ve been there. It’s time to boost your confidence.

You’re up late at night scrolling through Instagram, quietly comparing yourself to the bikini-clad women in your feed, wishing you had their confidence. Or perhaps you’re on Facebook, stalking your ex-best-friend, wishing you had the get-up-and-go that she has, to follow your career and business dreams. Or maybe you’re actually holding yourself back from those dreams because you’re worried about what other people will think of you.

Self-doubt, comparisonitis, external validation models. These are all words we use in the coaching world to identify and discuss your limiting beliefs. And each of these limiting beliefs are tied to your levels of self-worth, self-confidence and self-esteem. We don’t want to get all coachy with you right now, but we do want to relay to you that it doesn’t have to be this way. It is possible to grow your confidence and to sleep easy knowing that you’re on the right path. You’ll be way too exhausted from following your own pursuits to even worry about what Susan is up to on social media.

In this workshop we’ll be evaluating your life and identifying the areas where low confidence is preventing you from being the best version of yourself. We’ll be talking about practical strategies that you can use to improve your self-confidence and to become more confident where it counts. And we’ll even give you a chance to put together a personalised plan with actionable steps you can continue to take, to keep flexing your confidence muscle after the workshop is over. We’ve got you.
