Indulge your senses in the culinary delights of Italy with our Tuscan dinner Cooking Class!
A full immersion in the region where Anna spent many years of her life,one of the most beautiful regions of Italy.
You are going to prepare and follow the recipes given to her by unforgettable people she met there, you are going to prepare food that speaks about love, a three-course meal you won't forget.
This class is perfect for couples or small groups, immerse yourself in the art of Tuscan cuisine.
You are going to prepare:
Antipasto ( entrée) Traditional Tuscan Panzanella.
Primo (main) Cipollino’s ravioli
Dolce (dessert) Adriana’s sbiciolata cake.
Then we’ll cook the Cipollino’s ravioli that Anna and Sara have prepared, and together we’ll eat the Panzanella, the pasta and dessert we have prepared, enjoying a glass of Italian wine to make it a proper Italian feast.
At the end of the class, you will take home the Cipollino’s ravioli and the small Adriana’s sbriciolata cake you prepared to share with the people you love and you’ll get the recipe book for the class you attended.

All our recipes are hands on, you’ll be working at your private bench space with a maximum of 12 participants to ensure that every one of you will be well looked after and to maximise your learning and help you to master the necessary skills.

Class menu’
- Traditional Panzanella (bread, tomatoes, onions, cucumber and basil, it is a kind of Tuscan summer salad)
- Handmade Cipollino’s ravioli (filled with onion, mascarpone and topped with parmesan)
- Whipped butter and sage sauce
- Adriana’s sbriciolata cake
- degustation and a glass of Italian wine
Class ingredients
Bread, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, basil, fine semolina flour, plain flour, eggs, onions, mascarpone, parmesan, milk, Rum, cocoa powder, butter, sugar, corn starch, cherry jam.
What you need to know
Ingredients, apron, tools, and everything you need is provided by us.
Course is suitable for any skill level.

SUGHI EXPRESS(how to cook sauces& match it with the perfect past)cooking class
You’ll master the art of making perfect “Sughi”( sauce condiments from scratch) for pasta, you’ll learn about and prepare 6 different sauces, then we are going to taste three types of pasta with 3 of the sauces you made with a glass of wine, having a chat and enjoying our time together. These versatile Sughi are also really good with a steak, or a roast. At the end of the class you’ll take home three of the sauces you prepared, that way you can serve a delicious pasta to your loved ones, and you’ll get the recipe book for the class you attended. We’ll teach you the different kinds of pasta and the perfect condiments to use with them, but more specifically you’ll learn that pasta could be a perfect main dish and that it’s easier than you think to create amazing condiments with simple ingredients. This class is going to be really active and fun, you’ll cook, you drink and eat, you share your stories with the other guests.
