A One Day Program for Senior HR Professionals facilitated by Joydeep Hor BA LLB (Hons) LLM FAHRI CFCIPD, Managing Principal People + Culture Strategies
This intensive program (personally facilitated by Joydeep Hor) has been designed to address the more complex and challenging people management issues faced by Australian employers involving matters of law, strategy, psychology and sociology. The program will be a highly interactive one with a significant number of case studies used to facilitate discussion amongst participants.
Some of the subjects to be addressed in the program include:
- Performance Management Best Practice
- Strategic risk management of bullying, harassment and culture issues
- How do you introduce change?
- Termination of employment and preparing for employment litigation
- Introduction to negotiation in the workplace
Participants will be expected to complete pre-readings for the program and also participate actively in discussions throughout the program.
About the Facilitator
Joydeep Hor is the Founder & Managing Principal of specialist labour and employment law firm People + Culture Strategies. He has authored numerous books in his career, established himself as one of Australia’s most respected lawyers and commentators in the workplace relations area and has completed the elite Owner-President Management Program at Havard Business School. He is known for his unique ability to translate complex legal strategic concepts into digestible messages for HR professionals.
