The Incredible Sales Academy (ISA) has been created for people who are customer facing personnel, and leaders of customer facing teams, who have the appetite and conviction to grow and become more successful. The prerequisites are a commitment to self-development, the courage to try new methods and the self-discipline to practice new approaches until they become permanent. The Incredible Sales Academy encompasses a program for people new to selling right through to those who want to become masters of the profession.
The Incredible Sales Academy takes a holistic approach to participant performance improvement that involves an initial intensive 2 day ‘boot-camp’ to kick off the sessions and establish the framework for professional selling. As part of this, delegates will receive psychometric profiles for their sales competencies and behaviours: these provide a deep objective x-ray of participants to aid them and their managers in identifying key areas for development whilst also teaching them to recognise these traits in their customers and tailor their approach accordingly.
The ISA Boot camp lays the knowledge that participants will need to continue on to the President’s Club Program. Research shows that to change sales people’s habits permanently, training is not a quick fix but delivered in digestible chunks over a period of time. It typically requires 6 months of continuous on-going support, coupled with classroom sessions, coaching and a variety of supporting materials for new behaviours to become instinctive.
