Women, the Workplace and a Life Well-Lived.
The world of work is going through significant changes – and organisations are getting left behind. They need to find new, creative and aggressive ways to compete for, and retain, talent. In particular organisations need to further understand the value and diversity women can bring to an organisation. Any business with an employee base that is less than 50% women need more women in their workforce, and at every level, to truly have a well-run business.
Jane Miller, Chief Operating Officer at Gallup, will lead this session focused on analytics and advice from Gallup’s global data sets (including employee engagement and well-being in over 160 countries) and advising Fortune 1000 companies. Miller will reveal what women really need to be attracted, thrive and grow into leadership and executive positions – and remain engaged and retained for the long term. Miller will also outline the need for organisations to consider what is a woman's definition of success, or "a life well lived," and how they can create impactful organisation wide strategies for future success.
We are excited to see you there,
