Interested in Angel Investing but don't know where to start?

Angel Investors are high net worth individuals who wish to invest a portion of their wealth in emerging startup businesses. Angels are active investors who bring industry knowledge and wisdom to assist in the development of an early stage business venture, and contribute to these companies through funding, mentoring and coaching, industry connections, and assisting them to prepare for further investment or an exit.

Challenges faced by early-stage investors can be finding suitable investment opportunities, undertaking due diligence and valuation, structuring the investment agreement and managing the investment.

Presented by Greg Riebe (Angel Investor of the Year 2020), this workshop will provide potential Angel investors with an understanding of how Angels work, and how a local Angel network can provide support and assistance.
