*Intuitive Painting is about allowing yourself to enjoy putting paint on paper without regard for the end result. With gentle guidance you will get that pesky inner critic out of the way so you can engage in a colourful meditative experience of self-discovery and expressive freedom.

*You don't need experience or 'talent' to benefit from this process, just an open mind and a willingness to enjoy three hours of indulgent ‘me’ time. We work on large sheets of paper so you will have a lovely big image to take home. These images are viewed as a visual record of your experience rather than a work of art.

*I provide all materials, herbal teas and nibbles.
