Before You Arrive

✔ Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in

✔ Barefoot, socks, or soft dance shoes are all welcome

✔ Bring a water bottle (tea provided after class)

✔ Arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in

✔ If you have injuries or mobility concerns, let Zoe know before we begin
