Event description
Build your confidence in using email, including spotting scam emails, and sending and receiving attachments.

About this Event

This session will provide learners who are new to email the skills to communicate effectively via email. It will cover how to create and send new messages, as well as adding attachments to email. Learners will also learn how to read and reply to emails, as well as spotting spam or scam emails.

It is an interactive workshop, so we encourage you to bring along your own fully charged laptop, tablet or mobile device to get the most out of this workshop.

This is a small group session with two trainers to ensure there is opportunity for individual attention.

There will be a short break included and morning tea will be supplied.

Bookings are essential for this free event.

Please contact the library on 9290 6755 if you have any queries. Please advise if you have any access requirements.

This workshop is provided through the Be Connected program, an Australian Government initiative to assist seniors to become more confident in computer skills.
