Event description

Description

"With more than 90% of our decisions, motivations and behaviours being influenced by automatic, non-conscious processes - the hidden brain holds an extraordinary balance of power". (Dan Radecki, Neuroscienist). So understanding what drives behaviour, being able to leverage the strengths and limitations of the brain and manage the impact of this in the workplace is key for today's leaders and organisations.

Neuroscience is fast becoming one of the most talked about approaches to leadership and organisational development, providing brain-based, evidence rich strategies for improving personal and leadership behaviours and performance. We have been runing our Neuroscience of Leadership, Neuroscience of Learning and Development, Neuroscience of Change and Neuroscience of Safety programs (and variations of all of those programs) across Australia for the past couple of years and have seen incredible results not only in individuals but for their organisations as well and now we are excited to bring our programs to New Zealand so you too can see the amazing benefits.

If you are interested in finding out more about the exciting field of Neuroscience and how it applies to leadership and organisational development, join us for a complimentary 90 minute interactive, informative and engaging, Introduction to the Neuroscience of Leadership breakfast seminar where you will gain an insight into the What, How and Why of Neuroscience while enjoying a complimentary light breakfast and the opportunity to network with like minded people.

Neuroscience is transforming the way individuals and organisations lead and those who embrace it will be positoned to take a competitive edge - 'In today's knowlege ecomomy, it is how you use your brain that provides the competitive edge'
