This short course explores the fascinating world of mind-body interactions and examines the latest evidence based research of interactions between neural, endocrine and immune processes, highlighting the effect of stress and relaxation on health and wellbeing.
Dr Judy Lovas is an experienced, qualified and passionate public speaker. Her presentations highlight the science and practice of evidence based Relaxation Therapies to enhance health and decrease chronic conditions. Judy translates Psychoneuroimmunology research into the implementation of relaxation therapies. Art and Science of Relaxation presentations offer simple skills to use at work and home that make a significant difference to health and wellbeing. Judy specialises in offering unique and dynamic presentations with a scientific and holistic approach.
