Your trainer for this workshop is Tyne Daile Sumner, Research Community Coordinator for Research Platform Services, The University of Melbourne. (Bring your own laptop)

This workshop is being held on Thursday 28th September from 10am - 1pm

This workshop is aimed at Humanities researchers analysing cultural objects (art, music, literary manuscripts, oral histories, etc.) but it is open to anyone who would like to organise and/or display content and collections digitally. At the end of the workshop participants will have developed the skills to create their own digital collections and to organise and publicise their research using open-source software: Omeka (https://omeka.org/). Participants are advised to bring their own laptop along, however, it is not compulsory.
