Introduction to Monitoring Service Agreements

About this course

This session explains the Funded Organisation Performance Monitoring Framework (the Framework) 2016 and how to apply monitoring tools used by DHHS staff, as the minimum monitoring requirements for Service Agreements.

• Local Engagement Officers (LEO), Performance and Service Advisors (PASA)

• Community Participation Officers

• Team leaders

• Agency Connections staff

• Staff who are involved in monitoring funded organisation performance against Service Agreement requirements

• Understand the purpose of the Framework

• Understand the minimum monitoring requirements

• Apply monitoring framework guidelines, tools and processes (including Live Monitoring)
