ABOUT THE TRAINER
Kirti is a certified mindfulness meditation trainer, yoga teacher, and educator with a deep passion for healing and inclusion. With years of experience teaching students with intellectual disabilities, she brings compassion, patience, and a trauma-aware approach to her meditation and healing work. A dedicated practitioner of Vipassana and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), she has used these techniques for many years as powerful tools for self-healing, resilience, and inner transformation. Helping others in their journey of healing, she has been teaching mindfulness meditation to individuals and groups in the western suburbs of Melbourne for the past six years, creating safe, accessible, and supportive spaces for all. Her sessions blend ancient wisdom with evidence-based practices, helping participants reduce stress, regulate emotions, and reconnect with their inner calm. Known for her grounded presence and heart-centred teaching style, Kirti empowers others to cultivate mindfulness, self-compassion, and deep personal healing—meeting each person exactly where they are on their journey to wellness and wholeness.
