Note: Only current enrolled students at The ANU are eligible to register and attend. Registration will require your Name, email, mobile phone number and University ID Number.


This 4 week course will introduce you to mindfulness and some practices that can be used to help reduce the impacts of stress.

Mindfulness means to deliberately pay attention to whatever you are doing, right now, with an open and non-striving attitude. With regular mindful practice you will become more aware of your thoughts, feelings, behaviour and physiological changes. This allows more choice over how you respond to situations including those that cause stress.

Thursdays 1.30-2.30pm the following dates.10 August, 17 August, 24 August and 31 August
You need to register a ticket for each of the 4 weeks please.

Location: ANU Sports Centre Dojo - upstairs Building 18. Wear comfortable warm clothing and shoes will be removed whilst on the DOJO Mats.
