This course is open to Indigenous and non-Indigenous people who are interested in developing their leadership skills in a culturally safe and rich environment. This course runs over 4 days (November 23&24 and November 30 & December 1) from 11am to 12 noon. Participants are required to attend all 4 sessions.

The webinar series will cover different leadership styles and provide a valuable introduction to leadership education. You will have the chance to reflect and explore what leadership means to you, your community and your workplace. In addition - the webinar also offers First Nations students an entry point into AILC accredited courses.
