Description

This new class by popular Mad Millie trainer Sasha Mclean will introduce you into the wonderful world of fermented foods. Sasha will cover fermenting essentials and show how easy it can be to make great quality sourdough bread (spelt & wheat), sauerkraut, kefir, cultured coconut yoghurt, fresh Greek yoghurt and even your own home-made tofu. You will also learn about how fermented foods not only improve your gut health but also your mental health.

The class fee includes a $35 voucher to spend towards any Mad Millie products.
