Introduction to Fermenting 29th January

Join us for a delicious day of hands-on fermenting. This is an interactive hands on course where you will learn why fermented foods are so good for you and how to make everything from sauerkrauts, fermented vegies, kimchi & fermented drinks. There will be lots to sample during the workshop and at the end of the day we will send you off with everything you need to know to get fermenting at home.
