Synopsis: This course is aimed to introduce researchers to basic concepts of DNA sequencing analysis pipelines on Galaxy, a user-friendly web-based research cloud. In this course, we will use DNA sequencing reads and learn how to perform quality checks, de novo assembly, annotate and call variants.

Target audience: Researchers in the genetics/genomics field who are interested in bioinformatics analysis.
