From million dollar campaigns to ‘videos gone viral’, we all want a bit of social media success for our product or service. This class is a great starting point for those on a lean budget looking to crack into the social media world.
Attendees will walk away with a foundational understanding of community management and practical steps to get started - without wasting hours a day on Facebook.
In this interactive session, we’ll define an authentic brand voice, develop a content strategy and look at various ways to distribute content.
The instructor will share insights on the roles and responsibilities of community managers, with tips on setting community guidelines, creating content worth sharing and ways to measure success.

Brianne Kimmel is a social marketer and professional educator. She has provided solutions for start-ups and consumer brands including Nikon, Krispy Kreme and most recently Hotel Club - an Orbitz Worldwide Company. Brianne is also actively involved in the creative arts community and works closely with General Assembly, Hub Sydney and I-Manifest to educate start-ups and small businesses on the importance of building engaged communities online.
